My weight loss! UPDATED

At the beginning of 2020 I was weighing 200 pounds (first picture) now 8 months in I have lost 50 pounds and now weigh 150!! I am so much happier in my skin!

UPDATE!!

I started by going to the gym but not to long into that they closed. I also got a job that i am now on my feet for 8+ hours a day 5-6 days a week. I stopped eating and snacking as much. Now I get fuller faster and don’t find the need to always be eating. I also stopped eating fast food all the time and I try to make healthier options for meals.
