Sippy cup help!

Is anyone else struggling to get their baby to drink from a sippy cup? We’ve tried 4 different kinds now (hard and soft spout) and he just plays with them and chews on the spouts. I’ve even tried putting his formula in them thinking that if he were hungry he would be more likely to try to drink it but it just ends in us both being frustrated and I’ll pour it back into his bottle. I know I’ve still got some time before he’s 1, but we’ve been trying for 4 months already and no luck.
