Drinking while breastfeeding?

Can I have a beer or a drink while breastfeeding? I usually have one at night after a stressful day but I don't feed my baby till morning. I just want to make sure is safe.

Yes it’s perfectly fine. If your safe to drive you’re safe to feed baby.

One or two drinks don't really transfer through milk, so you're fine if you're at most tipsy. Unless you're actually drunk, it's safe to breastfeed.
