TMI-2nd degree vaginal tearing in THREE places

I’m a month postpartum and I tore up, down, and on my left labia. The top and bottom have healed but the stitches on my left labia are unraveling. It’s SO itchy and uncomfortable. I try to refrain from itching because it’s irritated. Also looks uneven down there. The left sticks out more than the right. 😭🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve also started noticing a foul smell but it pretty much goes away after a shower. It’s just weird because I’ve NEVER had an issue with any kind of vaginal odor. I’m worried about healing the wrong way but I’m thinking it’s too late to do anything about it anyway. Called the dr and they say it’s all normal. What do I do?? Has anyone else experienced this??
