Good Morning Mamas to be! I’ve always loved working out and plan to keep doing it during pregnancy to hopefully bounce back faster and off set the poor food choices T1 has caused. I’ve been doing Beachbody programs for the past 2 years and love them but there aren’t a lot of prenatal options. I stared the new Prenatal barre which I love but it’s the same 4 workouts the entire T1 which is getting boring and it’s im the 100’s where I live and too hot to go walking outside. What activities are you doing to stay healthy?
