How do u know if you had a chemical preg?

I’m asking because I think I had one 2 months ago. I didn’t do a pregnancy test because my AF showed up at 22 days super early for me . Any thought thanks 😊

I had 3 pregnancy tests come back positive, went to the ER a week later for abdominal pain, they ran blood and urine tests that came back negative. They then did an ultrasound which showed no pregnancy and then told me that I likely had a chemical pregnancy and would start bleeding soon.
