Hospital pre registration?
First time mom here! I got the paper work to fill out a 2 or 3 weeks ago from my doctor. I'm just wondering when do I have to go to my hospital and turn it in? It was my 1st appt with this doctor and got a bit overwhelmed so I totally forgot about it. I'm 26 weeks almost 27.
