Children sensing pregnancy

I am 6 weeks pregnant today (and our nickname for this babe is Poppy as in poppy seed because that’s just about the stage we found out) with baby #2. I have an almost 2.5 year old and every time we discuss Poppy, she says I am having “a lot of babies”. I tried to ask her to specify and she became huffy before saying “3!” She has been a talker since before she could say real words and is quite sassy!

Earlier this week, my mama was watching my daughter and told her that pretty soon she would also be MeMe to Poppy. She asked my toddler if she would share her MeMe with the baby. My oldest then said, “yes, share 3 with MeMe” as in 3 babies. 🤯😳

Have any of you experienced your child or a child in your life knowing how many babies are in your belly? I have this overwhelming feeling of multiples as well, but it seems like most women have that stage for at least one pregnancy. My hubby denied an early scan, but I’m hoping for one sooner than later since we want to announce in 2 weeks.

I am just wondering if anyone can share their story with this. I take my child and children in general very seriously.
