New and preggo!

Hey all! So I have been slowly introducing a vegan diet into my daily life, I am a firm believer that all life is equal and that we should care for other living creatures. My plan was to start going full vegan on September 1st since the last weekend of August is my son’s first birthday and we didn’t want to make a fuss over food. But today I found out I’m pregnant, 4 weeks 3 days! I’d like to stick with the plan, but don’t want to lack any vitamins or proteins because I want to have a healthy pregnancy and baby! I mainly do:

- kale, mango, pineapple, and banana smoothie for breakfast

- nuts and dried berries for snack

- (NEED EASY LUNCH IDEAS) possibly salads?

- vegan crackers and hummus for snack

- vegan pasta/stir fry/burgers/whatever else is available for dinner

I would love input on how to maybe adjust my diet or maybe you could shoot me some recipes! Thanks all!!
