Trying to conceive with pcos!

Alright i have pcos and VERY irregular periods. No period yet, my tests are negative and this sat will be 3 weeks post ovulation. My breast are killing me though! For about 2 wks. Also had spotting 5 days after ovulation only one day. Should i get my hopes up for a BFP?
