Cramps???

Hey guys! I’m about 4 weeks pregnant and terrified about my cramps. I heard they’re normal but just wanna make sure! Theyre light-mild and not all the time. No bleeding! Normal?

Normal, I am 16 weeks and I had mild cramps until I was like 12 weeks. The mild cramps are what made me take a pregnancy test. It’s just your uterus getting ready for the baby to grow. Don’t sweat it. The only time you need to worry is if they become super intense and you are bleeding a lot.
