Feeling alone raising baby?

Any moms feel like they’re alone in raising their baby? I’m with my fiancé but I had my baby last week and can’t work for a while and in so so much pain having stitches etc, but he works and I understand he’s tired from work. But I get about 2-3 hours of sleep at night and when he gets home he sleeps and says “ well I work you don’t “ I try to explain taking care of a baby is a job too... He will play with the baby for a few minutes but when the baby’s crying every few hours or awake or needs to be fed i’m the only one there. It’s getting so old.. Anyone else?! what to do...
