Feeling confused!

Hi everyone. I got. Bfp yesterday roughly 9-11dpo and went doctors today for blood work as I was just a little shaken up by such a strong positive result 5 days before AF is due. I did a urine test again with the dr and it wasn’t very clear, however she believes there is a vfl. I’ve done my bloodwork so waiting to hear back this afternoon, but I’ve just felt very uneasy since I got my bfp at home yesterday because it felt so early and really took me by surprise! First day of AF was 3rd August. Anyone else experienced this before?
