Advice: remember birth doesn't have to look, feel or sound any certain way. And for the days, weeks, months and years following, be kind to yourself, forgive yourself and talk ❤

- Sleep when they sleep!!!
- don’t worry if you don’t get everything right/perfect/done, it’ll work out in the end!
- Be kind to yourself! Give yourself a break!
- ‘on becoming baby wise’ that book is a freaking lifesaver!! 
- take one day at a time! Sometimes, just one minute at a time, it’s all a learning curve for all of you.
- take the advice that works for you and leave the rest, not everything people say will work for you
- you’ll probably have a breakdown somewhere in the first 4 days after giving birth, this is super normal! Just hormones releasing, and it’s a mega change! It gets better 🙂 the first week is the craziest!
- find other Mums you can talk to! Especially ones with bubs around the same age! Helps you to feel more normal when you’re all losing it together hehehe 😂
- remember, you’re doing an awesome job! You’re the best Mum for this little one! You’ve got this!
