Only 1 twin has been active today

Should I be worried? I got out of bed weird after my nap today, kinda hurt & felt like I was squishing my babies a little. Now I have a dull pain that hasn’t gone away right above my pubic bone....& only twin b has been moving, but barely. Normally when one moves the other moves too cause they’re kicking each other. That was about 7 hours ago. Trying to get him to move but I haven’t felt anything yet. Obviously if I still don’t feel anything by the morning I’ll call in to get checked but maybe this has happened to you & everything was fine?
