PIO Injections

Hi Ladies,

Does anyone have advice on how to minimize soreness with these injections? I just started this morning and man is my bum sore! The injection itself wasn’t bad just the aftermath. I even iced the area prior, rubbed it/walked around a bit, then used a heating pad following. The thought of doing these everyday for up to possibly 12 weeks blows my mind haha. I’m officially scheduled for September 1st :)
