Cramps or poop cramps?

Hi everyone .. last night I woke up with cramps that normally, when I wasn’t pregnant, I would consider them to be poop cramps. I got up and it took awhile but finally went. Was uncomfortable for about an hour, finally went back to bed, was up again 20 mins later for another 20 mins. Went back down AGAIN, and was up again about an hour and a half later. Not much coming out at this point. I am scared the cramping is from more than just needing to poop, having previously having a MC. There hasn’t been any bleeding associated, however. I’m 7w3d, btw. Any insight would be helpful!
