Does anyone else ever sometimes have regrets or thoughts that you may have made a mistake having kids?

I wish i finished my education completely then travelled more before having them.. But I don't regret them I'm still in school with a PhD soon to be bagged 😊

Made a mistake, no way. I do wish that we had traveled more before kids. It’s going to be way harder and more expo cut and scarier to do it  now

I have never felt that way but I do have PPD and PPA and I miss my old self so much some days. Just trying to figure out how to get healthy and be a mom

I never regret having my kids, but sometimes I think about life before kids. Let’s face it, the work we do as parents isn’t easy. But it is worthwhile.

Yes. But that was at the beginning. I had/have bad PPD and am getting help now. I regret not breastfeeding but I have a history of depression so I decided not to just in case I needed to go onto medication. It’s taking me a long time to realize I can’t control everything and that’s what was holding me back from enjoying my baby. Do I love him? Hell yes I do. So much it hurts. Do I regret having him at all? Not anymore. He is the light of my life and keeps me sane now.

I have times where I regret having our first before we were ready. She was an "oops" and we were super young (19 & 22). However we made it through and are now married and expecting Baby 2 (completely planned). But it wasn't always easy. We have missed out on a lot of our twenties. I always knew I wanted to be a mom, I just feel I could've been a better one if I had gotten pregnant when I was ready 🤷🏼‍♀️ I love my little mini though with all my heart. ❤  She makes me a better person. I live for her and would give up anything to give her the life she deserves.

My kid was a "surprise" . Got pregnant on accident lol. 6 months into the relationship. She changed my life for the better in so many ways. Sometimes its so hard because I do it by myself alot but I have never regretted her. Maybe if I had another i might regret that because it'd be like starting over but with an extra kid which would be hard, and like someone else said the world is so bad these days.

No, but don’t feel bad if you do. I feel like people are almost “expected” to have kids so there are a ton of people that have them that don’t actually want that responsibility. 
Transition from 0 to 1 was hard since it turns life as you know if upside down. If you are a new mom writing this your feelings may change and if not that’s also okay. Not everyone has that “mom” instinct in them. There is nothing wrong with that.
