Help my vagina is swollen and it hurts 😭

So I started to feel pain in my vaginal region on Tuesday but I didn’t think anything of it then Wednesday it got worse so I looked at what was hurting and I found a lump on my uretheral meatus (basically on one labia but on the inside) and one side of my labia minora was swollen. It hurts to sit and even walk normally. It also feels uncomfortable like it’s dry.,Now it’s Friday and the pain has gotten much worse and so has the swelling. No abnormal discharge.

I will spare you from showing actual pictures but here is a drawing I make to show the size difference of each labia

and what I’m dealing with. The lump is about the size of a nickel and is represented by the circle on the bottom pic.

I was doing my research and all that comes up is a bartholin cyst but I do not think that’s what it is because those form next to the vaginal opening and that’s not where my lump is or what it looks like. I realize you guys aren’t doctors but I’m going to call when it’s not 5 am and make an appointment to be seen which probably won’t be for weeks. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea what is going on? Or been through it?

I’ve tried a cooled gel pack for the swelling and a warm bath for the lump (recommended for the cyst) but neither helped.

P.S. I haven’t been intimate since January so it isn’t and STD or anything like that.
