Fever? Teething?

Question

So my LO is 14weeks and I’m pretty sure he is teething. Besides his hands and toys always in his mouth his cheeks are very red, he’s been fussy and eating less than usual. I took his temperature rectally today and it was 99.0 (which I think is ok?) should I make a telehealth appointment? I’m a FTM so I’m looking for advice from others who have been through teething already

99 is an okay temperature! Babies temperatures can go up a little bit when they start teething.

My son is 13 weeks and has been teething for a few weeks. He is constantly dribbling, always chewing on his hand or anything he can get hold of, I washed my hands and put my finger into his mouth to chew on and I can feel where his gum is hard and the tooth is trying to say hello! 
I have a very grumpy baby who won't nap 🙈

Mine started this 2 weeks ago for a few days and he is back at this week. My first was a marathon teether who teethed on and off for months before a tooth would finally break through. But when this happens mine is a drool machine, eats less and chews on his hands all day long.

Could be early teething. Is he trying to constantly chew on something? Is he drooling a lot? I haven’t experienced early teething with my daughter though. I just know if they are really fussy and constantly chew on things then yeah! Or did he get shots recently? Like a few days ago? Fewer usually comes with teething as well. Not always but often.
