Yes I occasionally send seriously lovey appreciation texts to my husband and he does it back occasionally, it’s nice to feel acknowledged and appreciated especially after you’ve been together for such a long time it’s nice to still know you’re loved

Eh, I don’t send things like this (I have in the past, but now) I just change my habits. I tell my spouse in the moment when I think he’s handsome, or when I appreciate him, when I’m sorry for being difficult. After 10.5 years of being together I found actions speak louder than words (as with most things).
There’s nothing inherently wrong with this message, though.

My husband and I do that sometimes when we feel like we haven’t expressed our feelings enough to eachother.
When I send something like that to my husband he gets extremely excited and so happy to hear it.
