Tooth brush/paste?

Just popped our first tooth this morning! What tooth bruth and tooth paste do you ladies recommend? 
I got an ora-gel sample from his ped but the tooth paste would MAYBE last a week.

We just use what we use just a “grain of rice” sized amount. Pediatrician says that was fine.

Our pedi said no toothpaste!!! Water on a wash cloth and wipe them is all that needs to be done.

We use a practice toothpaste, that is fluoride free and only the tiniest amount, think its by crest
