I did IVF and alcohol was strictly forbidden, along with coffee and NSAIDS. It does affect your fertility, but if you’re a normally fertile person then it shouldn’t affect you so much as to prevent you from getting pregnant. Since I’m infertile I wouldn’t want to do anything that could negatively affect my egg quality or hormone levels any more than what I’m already dealing with.
