Once a first tooth has cut through the gum how long does it take to fully grow through?

My son’s bottom teeth have been in since six months so this is how they look after two months! His top teeth broke through about a week ago but they’re still pretty much at the gum line and you can’t see them unless you pull up his lips haha. He’s also growing in two more top teeth but they take like 2-3 weeks to break through and then suddenly come out of nowhere 😂

For my son every tooth has been different haha. His top four teeth are coming in and they each broke skin at different times and they’re coming in really slow, it’s been like over a month and there not fully in yet. AND he’s getting two more on the bottom and those fully grew in within a week!
