Family clinic or obgyn?

Question, I took a test, multiple actually, and I'm pregnant. Test says 3+ weeks. This is the first for my boyfriend and I and as you can imagine we have lots of questions.  But my question is when making the initial appointment, after a positive at home test, do I need to schedule it with the family clinic or the obgyn?  Thanks in advance. 
I'm sure there will be plenty more questions.

It will depend inbuilt insurance to be honest. I have to have a referral to be seen by a specialist son had to go to my doctor for a confirmation test and referral to the ob. My first ob appointment was at 8ish weeks admit was only a nurse visit and blood draw. My first actual visit with my Dr will be at 11 almost 12 weeks.

Appointment set with ob, was unaware they didn't start care until you are 8-10 weeks though. Such a long time to wait, six and a half weeks now estimated.

If you don't have an OB/Gyn, you probably need a referral from your family doc. Call and ask before booking an appt.

Go with the OBGYN. It's where your family doctor will send you. One co-pay instead of two.

I would go ahead and go with the obgyn. Especially if you already have one for yearly visits.
