Single red mark on babes back

I would feel silly bringing my daughter in specificity for this, but I cannot figure out what it is and it’s freaking me out. I initially thought it was a bug bite and forgot about it, but it has been months. It doesn’t seem like a birth mark and she doesn’t have any other markings on her body.
