Twins and RNY Gastric Bypass
I just found out I'm expecting twins but my major concern is that I am severally anemic due to gastric bypass 8 years ago. I'm worried about becoming iron deficit or possibly not absorbing all the folic acid from vitamins. Should I be doubling up since I have to support 2?
