Baby having hydronephrosis?

I'm 33 weeks today and yesterday I had to get a more indepth ultrasound of my baby's kidneys due to some enlargement. Well long story short found out by the specialist that he has pretty severe hydronephrosis. I Was assured there was nothing I could have do/done, and that il have to line up specialists for when he's born. And possibly change where I deliver due to some of the best care being in Boston in case hel need corrective surgery. Has anyone been through this? I just wasn't expecting such news, knowing originally mild forms were fairly normal for boys. Then being told it was worse than originally thought.
