Help having a weird symptom

My fertile week was the 21st - 26th I had sex on the 23rd after having one sided cramping the night before. Now I have been super tired which I thought was weird and in no way related because it had just happened. Then this morning I woke up to pee and when I wiped I had discharge mixed with some super light pink blood. What would that be a sign of. And my stomach is feeling super heavy today almost like there is a small weight in there and I’m having some cramps
