POSSIBLE MISCARRIAGE ??!!

Okay so I’m freaking myself out right now. I think I may have miscarried and didn’t know. My period or so I thought was my period was really weird this month. I spotted for about 3 days and then I started a normal amount of bleeding which I thought was my period. The normal amount of bleeding lasted 5 days and then I spotted for a couple days after. I logged everything as my period cause I wasn’t sure. Well I started testing opk a few days ago and all the OPKs were darker than they’ve ever been, and did not get any lighter as the days progressed. So this morning I took another opk (still dark) and I decided to take a pregnancy test on whim. It came out positive ! I don’t understand!! Did I miscarry and not know?? I’m gonna call my doctor cause this is insane.
