I Feel Very Pregnant

I’m 9w1d pregnant, and according to Glow my baby is the size of an olive. Maybe I’m crazy, but I’m starting to feel different in my belly. I know the baby is super tiny at this stage, yet I can’t help but feel like I can feel things growing and moving around in there....is anyone else experiencing this?
