Stomach bug?
Is there a stomach bug or something going around? Last weekend I woke up in agony with stomach pains, nausea, diarrhea, etc. almost all day. Had a slight fever. That was the only day that bad but ever since my stomach is acting weird. Sorry tmi but I go to the bathroom at least 6 times a day, anything I eat upsets it. I eat super healthy too. Itsalways gurgly and crampy. Please help!
