Need help

So me and my man r trying to get pregnant this would be my second pregnancy but I miscarried the first I was 5w4d. So I need help bc that one I just took a test out of random and and found out i was .. well I waited a good while b4 trying and this time we tried to plan it so round ovulation day we did the pillow method and 6 days after I ovulated on Aug. 9 I spotted once when I wiped then on Aug 23-24 I bleed it was a rusty brown and then today I spotted once when I wiped and it was very light pink but during this time I had very sore nipples . Light stomach cramps . Hip and back aches . Headaches .. sensitive to the smell of beer. should I test ?? Could I be pregnant ? Any advice would help .
