I’ve heard lavender is ok to use but does a certain brand change that?

I shop at the dollar tree. Cheap and there are so many useful things and crafty stuff. I found some lavender. Well, since it was a dollar, I figured I’d buy it and then find out if I can even use it. Lol.  I was going to put this in my lotion and stuff. Thanks in advance.

I would definitely not recommend using a dollar tree version of an essential oil...especially for something you’re going to put on your skin. The cheaper they are the lower quality it is. You might get a faint lavender scent from the dollar store one but none of the other benefits of lavender.  Young living is one of the best brands for essential oils but they definitely are more pricey.

Ok so it wouldn't let me ass the site. But Rocky mountain oils are as good if not better than young living without the MLM prices. They are high quality. I did a TON of research because I just couldn't back supporting an Multi Level Marketing company like doTerra or young living.
