My SO is very sexual, I am sexual but not nearly as him. Good lord he can not stay off of me & now it’s to the point where we do it multiple times a day and my vagina is always sore as hell at the end of the day , I’m more of a 4-5 times a week person he’s more of a 7 times a week and multiple rounds at that. Idk. How the hell do I keep up? How the hell CAN I keep up if my vagina swells up on me 🙄🤦‍♀️.

Using lube could help if you are dry at any point. But you should just tell him you can’t have sex that often. No worries. 4-5x/wk (I thinj is what you said) is a good amount. We’re 5-6x/wk ourselves🙂

Definitely talk to him about how your feeling, maybe also try other things like hand and/or blowjobs if you’re willing to. Or maybe get a sex toy you could use on him.
