Yesterday BFP 10dpo now today negatives

I took a FRER pregnancy test yesterday at 10dpo i got 2 faint positives and then thought I will take one in the night just to be double sure... it was negative I thought ok I will just do in the morning again with fmu. BFN! I had been having slight cramps (nothing concerning) which I had with my first pregnancy too(this was my first sign) and feeling really tired and light headed.
