Positive Pregnancy tests up to yesterday then.....

I get up this morning with some pink spotting that eventually turned red, no cramping tho. I still go to the ER where they ran a test that showed I was positive but labs are showing my hcg at 16.....still no pain and the bleeding is no where near a period flow and I have yet to fill a pad even a little bit.... ER doc said nothing was showed on my Ultrasound so he believed I was earlier in this pregnancy then expected or it could’ve been a miscarriage but didn’t have a definitive answer for me ughhhh very concerned about those HCG levels and trying not to freak out or feel like a complete failure.....hcg labs again on Monday and another Ultrasound on Tuesday.......App tells me I’m 6wks 1day my 1st appointment with my doctor isn’t until the 9th. I’m scared Jesus please be with us!!!!
