Help me ladies!!! Can you ovulate before a positive opk?

Ok ladies I need advice. I had a mc on June 23rd and bled for 2 weeks my hcg level then was 41000. Skip ahead a little on August 7 I finally started my period. Full period bleeding not just spotting. It lasted 5 days. August 24th I got my peak ovulation test after testing everyday after my period. Today I’m 4 dpo and ridiculous so I took a test and forgot about it and when I went back about 30 mins later there was a faint line. I chalked it up to a evap because I’m only 4 dpo. I went to the store and got a frer and low and behold it’s positive. Faint but there. I’ll post pics Someone help me I’m so lost!!!
