Update about my baby Cody

So some may have seen my recent post about my puppy Cody. I thought I would post an update to explain where we are now. He was able to come home that night like i said and the next morning he seemed to be doing a little better still very sick but moving in the right direction (there was no vomiting) so I took him in for his recheck and they pressed on that same area of his stomach and he threw up (not a good sign) they said it could just be that he needed more medication or that there was some obstruction to an organ of some sort. I decided to take him home and monitor him to see if he could keep down food/water which that morning he was drinking water and seemed to keeping it down. So I got the catheter removed and took him home. I tried to feed him something and he wouldn’t eat but he would drink water. I tried to stick a few pieces in his mouth because he hadn’t eaten in 2+ days and he spit it out. Almost immediately after he threw up A LOT! I knew then that he wasn’t getting better and needed to go to the ER vet so I took him in and they are keeping him over the weekend. They did an ultrasound and saw something small in his small intestine but they said they weren’t to concerned with it so I’m trying not to worry. I’ve been calling them about every 3 hours (I know I sound crazy) each time he’s sleeping so I’m sure he doesn’t even notice that I’m gone but i hate the thought of him in a kennel for 2 nights (He’s very spoiled and sleeps on my bed with his bed. They where able to press on his stomach without him throwing up so that’s a good sign. This has costed me a lot of money (especially with me being a soon to be teen mama and I’m college) so I’m thinking about making a go fund me or something but not sure. Please continue to pray that he turns out ok and can recover from this. I’m also thinking about making an instagram (not just for this but I’ve been wanting to make one lol) so if anyone wants to follow his little journey i will be posting it in the comments once it’s done!
