In pain

On Friday I posted saying that since having sex on Thursday night, i was having sharp pain in my left side for an entire day and night, non stop, like a stabbing pain. I am mid cycle so could possibly have been ovulation, though I’ve never experienced that before. And now 2 days on, I still have a dull ache in the same side like period cramps but I’m not due for another 2 weeks? I’m holding my left side all the time and it’s making me feel crap 😞 what could this be?😣
