I'm trying to schedule my baby shower around a time convenient for my mom to travel to be here with me. The only time she is able to come up to be with me (besides after the baby is born) is when I'm 34 weeks. I'm due March 31st and the only weekend that can work is February 27th. Am I cutting it too close?! Am I being crazy? Is it that important to have my mom here to celebrate with us(bc right now I feel like I can't enjoy myself w/o her here)? Am I going to have enough time to pick up everything else we need before baby gets here?

Any and all advice is welcome. This is my first baby and my moms first granddaughter, so she is super excited. Lol
