Early riser ?

My LO keeps waking up around 530 am .. fully awake ready to take on the day . Any advice ? Should I move her bedtime later? It’s 7 pm she goes to bed

My daughter was doing the same thing. We just pushed her bed time back by 30mins to an hour and problem solved. She was going to bed at 7pm and we moved it to 7:30/8pm. She now sleeps until about 6/6:30am.

Ugh, so jealous! My sweet little baby boy doesn’t even sleep all night. He’s awake until like 11pm then wakes several times during the night for various reasons like eating, wanting the pacifier, twitching and such lol. So my sleep is interrupted frequently. In fact I think my son knows when I finally begin to sleep peacefully and he wakes me right back up. Sigh exhausted but in love. ❤️❤️❤️

You can try rocking her back to sleep that’s what I do  Sleep consultants generally say early risers need to go to bed earlier

I’d say enjoy that much sleep! Mine wakes up at 2 and 4 to eat and then up at 7 for the day!
