Negative test but kicking
So I got my Mirena IUD two months ago, haven’t had my cycle since then I spot every now and then. But that’s not the problem I took dozens of pregnancy test they all say negative, but I constantly feel something like it’s “kicking” me or if I lean down on my stomach it hurts and I would feel the “kicking”. I don’t know if I’m going crazy or what
