Is there a chance ?

July 29 is when I passed everything from my mmc at 11 weeks and I had continued bleeding til aug 12 , I’ve been told to mark my miscarriage as a period so that’s what I’ve done . But could I possibly gotten pregnant right after? I don’t want to take a test and get a false positive from left over levels . I go back the second week of September to check my levels again and I’m really just anticipating and I don’t have any signs of period starting and no symptoms of pregnancy. I also think my ovulation day is off but I haven’t tracked that either. I’m just lost really and hopefully I can have a rainbow baby soon.
