Help... anyone please

Now I know why I stopped the bbt madness.

Okay I started bbt a little late this cycle but only bc my dr told me to.

I knew for sure I ovulated cd 15am but short surge I felt o pains last week and ended cd 15 pm

My cycles are short 24-26 days

I started progesterone yesterday

It keeps changing ovulation

I need to have labs at 7dpo

Anyone please help

I don’t drink and bbt same time oral with fernometer device. (I have Ovusense and used for 7 months last year but ended that too expensive and I’ve been tracking without bbt)
