Breathrough bleeding

So ladies I have a naive question. I sadly lost my birth control pill pack and had to wait 4 days for another one. I was two weeks into my pack on Lo Loestrin Fe. Obviously I had some breakthrough bleeding and I made my bf pulled out. However, I shredded a bunch of lining. Is it likely for me to get pregnant since I basically lost all my lining in my uterus? Just curious. Thanks
