Pregnancy ?
Ok so my stomach been cramping for a few days now , when I lay on my back it my stomachs hurts a little more. It hurt worst when I'm not being active. Today I had a little spotting when I went use the restroom. I feel tired & like I have to throw up but not nauseous. Can anyone tell me why I'm feeling this way
