Trying but painful

Ok sex, I’m sure I’m not the only one that has felt some discomfort the first few times right ? My little one is ten weeks old and I’m still sore with or without sex. She did tear me just a little so I only have once stitch. The first time we had sec I felt like a virgin again and he even said I felt “tighter” but I literally felt sewed shut lol. It was so painful I had to make him stop. I feel like I just had my baby all over again, walking, sitting, scooting off the chair is kind of uncomfortable. Did anyone else have this problem ? What did you do to feel better ? How long did the pain and discomfort last ?

P.S this is out first baby.
