4 weeks Postpartum and Period is here!!! What was urs like!?

Question

Hey ladies so I got my period three days ago and I've jus hit a month and two days postpartum! Normal delivery and baby is combi fed but more formula as I cant seem to express as much! I am sure it's my period as my after birth bleeding stopped and let up to a light beige brown stain and then THIS started. Quite heavy but nothing like soaking thru a pad every hour. Curious about others' experiences :)

My dr said as soon as I thought my postpartum bleeding was over, it would start again. He was right 😭 that could be whats happening to you or maybe you’re just getting lucky with a light period. Mine was like the flood gates opened with a ton of pain and cramps when I actually got my period again.
