Postpartum baby blues!! 4days old

Maaaaaan these hormones hitting real hard.

My baby is 5 days old today & last night, I got hit real hard outta no where. Can’t stop crying!

I have a 4 year old and a 10 year old.

I just got extremely sad because my 4 year old is no longer the baby and I feel her fighting for attention during this time & it’s so sad... I’m occupied by the baby 24/7 & also still recovering from my hard labor.

Then realizing how old my 10 year old is getting and feeling like I really have no time to give him any attention now is just so emotional for me.

It’s just seeing your life shift actually happening before your eyes while you’re frozen for a bit just reminiscing on your older babies being your babies and how fast it flew by. (I don’t want them getting old & not needing me)

On top of that I cannot stop crying thinking about how my hubby will be going back to work this week😭 I don’t want him to leave me!!!

I know it’s all the hormones & I had this feeling with my last baby... but pheeeeew😭😭😭
